Advantages: More than just the one game mode

Disadvantages: Not many new stadiums to play in.

The immaculate timing of the release of this game has given EA an even bigger back pocket, this is because if you're a rugby fan and a gaming fan, you would have been begging for a game like this to come out during rugbys biggest tournament and, well, it did. On saying that, it doesn't seem like a quick rush job to get the game out on time, the gameplay is superb and the attention they have given to things such as set pieces is second to none. As we all know EA know how to make good quality sports game and this is no exception, its an all round fluid 80 minutes as you battle your side against some of the greatest players in rugby history, whether it be league action you're after, or world cup stardom, Rugby 08 delivers, and even throws in a nice side salad to say thanks for playing. I have to say i was greatly impressed by this game and i would highly reccomend it to any rugby fan, hell, even if you dont like rugby, this is still one of those games you wont want to stop playing for a while.

Summary: A brilliant rugby experience.
