Manhunt (PS2) ... in 2003, MANHUNT is perhaps best known for being the most controversial computer game ever released. Designed by the same people behind the GRAND THEFT AUTO franchise (itself no stranger to controversy) it tells the story of a convicted felon, James Earl Cash, who, instead of being given the lethal injection, is released into a limited area of Carcer City to hunt down and brutally murder assorted gang members under the tutledge of a man known only as The Director who films the whole shebang for a snuff movie. SOCOM III: U.S. Navy SEALs (PS2) ... follow on from Socom 2 US Navy Seals, after a very long wait for this game in my opinion is was a massive dissappoinment. The game was held back from stores for around a year and when released I personally was straight into town to buy the game. The game like the other Socom games has online play and offline missions. The offline missions are really straight forward with you been giving your briefing prior to play and you then go ahead and complete missions. You can play at different levels, ensign, luietennant, commander. When you complete the game on different difficulty levels you begin to unlock dofferent weapons, extras and new clothes which will help you in the... Manhunt (PS2) ... in America criminal James Earl Cash is waiting to receive the lethal injection on death row. The moment comes, he trys to fight it but cant break out his straps and sinks into the dreary darkness of the afterlife. Or so he thinks! Cash wakes to the sound of a ear piece, in a sealed room. A voice comes through from a man at this point only referring to himself as the director (we soon find out his name Starkweather), he tells cash he was only sedated but the whole world thinks he s dead, that if he just follows his instructions he ll be a free man before the night is out.
