Advantages: good fun, some well known songs

Disadvantages: not enough variety of films, can be come dull easily

At university Sing star was always a great hit when we were all a little bit broke but wanted a laugh. Being from a family with younger siblings i also recognise that Sing star is a great game to play with the family. What i find most Sing Star games lack is variety, and when Disney Sing star came about i was overly impressed. As a huge fan of Disney i was very keen to purchase the game and so i did, and it was not the most expensive Play station 2 game i have purchased so i was impressed. Sing Star has a variety of songs from different Disney films, such as classics from The Little Mermaid and Beauty and The Beast, to newer films such as Hercules and Toy Story. What i thought the game lacked however was a bit more variety, there was two tracks from the lion king, two from the jungle book and two from the little mermaid, then no songs from Dumbo, or any Disney Pixar other than Toy Story one. I felt the game was not as up to date as it could be, but it was still great fun. I definitely recommend stitching somebody up by making them sing the player two in The Lion Kings - Circle of Life. The game i found is widely enjoyed by the family but is not really to be played often, i think since Christmas i have played twice with the family, but a good game to have especially if you have youngsters who love Disney films.
