I used to love watching the wrestling every saturday morning on Sky Sports, then when this game was released i knew i'd have to get it. Been on the PS2 the graphics of the game are pretty average, though fairly good for a PS2 title, there is good animations from the crowd and great movement of the wrestlers which give it a realistic feel. All the wrestlers are authentic and as realstic as they get on the TV with there own music for there entrance to the ring, to there clothing and personal looks. Each wrestler even has there own finishing move, there are thousands of different moves to use in the game from headlock to stone cold stunners, the buttons are fairly easy to get use to and do not require many long combinations of buttons just to pull off a move. The commentary on the game is by Tazz and Michael Cole just like at the real time of the release of the game, they do a fairly decent job as well, getting into it with exciting commentary lines.
The are over 60 different match types to choose from in the game including hardcore matches where you can use weapons, king of the ring tournaments, tag team matches and my personal favourite the royal rumble where it involves 30 wrestlers trying to throw each other out of the ring.
The game also has an edit mode which is really good if you want to create your own wrestler or maybe yourself into the game, you can edit the appearance of your wrestler, the entrance music they come into to, and the moves you wish to give to give your wrestler.
The story mode is the main mode of the game, this allows you to battle through many fights to win battles and become the world wrestling champion, the story lines are really good and you can choose which direction you wish your career path to take.
Ive had alot of fun playing this game with mates and playing through the story mode and unlocking new wrestlers.

Summary: great wrestling sim
