Advantages: Fun gameplay.

Disadvantages: Poor when in comparison to the SSX series.

I have always been a big fan of any sking or snowboarding games produced on the PS2 as they are just so much fun! Snowboard racer 2 was the first game of this sort that I bought and I got it before I bought SSX. Now on that note I don't think that this game is anywhere near the level at whcih the SSX series is, however, there are still a lot of advantages and benfits of this game. First of all the price is umbelivable at the moment at just over £1.60 from Play.com! For that sort of money this game really is a steal and I would really recommend trying it.

The controls are quite good although sometimes I feel they are not that responsive and quite glitchy. The graphics are quite good but again I found them to be quite poor in comparison to the SSX series. There is just four characters to choose from with 12 unlockable costumes which proves that the game is quite limited in that respect. Despite these negative factors the game is still very fun to play, it just could be made better. I hope this was useful and thank you very much for reading this!
