Alright but not one of the best games for the ps2 (The Da Vinci Code (PS2))

Advantages: Lots of puzzle solving

Disadvantages: Cumbersome controls

I respect the reviewer's point of view, but quite how she can say that she thinks that this is the best ps2 game is beyond me. The game is not bad but not a classic either. The positives are the longevity of the game and the depth. There are lots of little sub quests that are on going throughout. The depth is also good and there is a surprising amount of knowledge packed into the game which gives your general knowledge a bit of a boost.

If you are that way inclined, then there is a lot of puzzle solving which I find good as long as you can do it within 15 minutes. There are solutions for anything you cant do on the internet, but its a tad depressing to use these.

The negatives are the cumbersome fighting scenes which just require you to react and press buttons in enough time to either throw punches or evade punches. If you fancy a relaxed rpg sort of game buy this, otherwise avoid it.

Summary: Hmm.. if you really fancy a new game and have no idea what to get
