Advantages: Challenging with interesting story for older people.

Disadvantages: Really long cut scenes.

I really enjoyed the film and when I wanted a break from FPS games I turned to this. Comparing it to the film the story is pretty much the same with some levels added like at an airport that the film didn't have much of, unfortunately seeing the film does kind of make some of the puzzles pointless as you know the answer but there are still a lot of others which will make you think. The game does try to set itself apart from the film in a lot of ways, the characters don't look anything like the films actors and they are voiced by different people. I like this because until you're reviewing the game you don't compare it to the film. There is enough to keep anyone amused in this game as there's also combat, sneaking and piecing together the evidence to find the answers.

The combat is simple enough that anyone can do it but really satisfying. Basically you hit someone then have to choose between pushing them or fighting them, fighting works best. All you do is press the sequence of buttons that appear at the bottom of the screen and to defend yourself do the same. Once you pressed the buttons there is a mini cut scene in which your character really lashes out at the enemy but if you didn't want to fight you could just try sneaking around.

You have an inventory where all your evidence is kept and here you can look at it for clues, use or combine it with other items so it can do more or unlock new secrets or answers. The one bad thing about this game is that the story calls for complicated and long cut scenes which sometimes you have to watch to get clues.

The game is rated a 16 but I think that people from the age of about 12 could play and enjoy this even if they didn't understand the story.

Summary: Something for everyone.
