The Punisher is the first, as far as I know, outing for Frank Castle in a computer game and is a tremendously rewarding gaming experience! As The Punisher, you take on a wide variety of mob bosses in various different locations including The Docks, one paticular Mob Boss's mansion, the jungle and a deserted warehouse just to name a few examples and, the further along you get, the more you begin to realise that there is a much larger story-arc going on here and that in fact you are at the bottom of a much more far-reaching conspiracy! The Punisher is told via a series of flashbacks as you are interrogated by the police, you learn that your family was killed by thugs controlled by the Kingpin, through the game you guide the Punisher on a quest of revenge and finally try to take down the Kingpin himself. Hi, this is my review of punisher on playstation 2. The game is a 3rd person shooter, but with a more visceral element as opposed to a tactical element in common with most other shooting games.
