The Simpsons Game (PS2)

Believe it or not I like to have a go on the games consoles sometimes. I've lived through a few now but even at my age I still enjoy trying new things out occasionally. We tend to keep all of our games consoles in the family room so everyone can share them and recently I had a go on the son's playstation 2. My husband and I are both fans of the Simpsons and so when we had our play station 2, we had to also get The Simpsons game for it. I know several people are not impressed with the quality of Simpsons games generally because they feel the brand does the selling and so the games can be lacking in their own right. I have to say up front that I do not share this opinion and whenever I have bought Simpsons games, I have always found them to be entertaining. For years The Simpsons have brought out games on all formats, it's such a popular brand that the quality of the game never seemed to matter to the producers because the game would always sell given the popularity of the show. From Bart vs The Space Mutants to Barts Nightmare to Simpsons Wrestling. The only game that got pass marks was Simpsons Road, Even then that was just a blatant rip off of Crazy Taxi. I work part time as a carer to some family children and got this game to keep them entertained for a while. I started to actually play the game my self and liked how it was. The main characters of the Simpsons are in the game and you have to finish some very challenging missions in the game using them characters. The missions are challenging because you get no clues on what to do. You are stuck in certain places and just have to figure out what to do. It just makes you use your head really and its all about thinking what to do. Most of the missions are fun to do and you will have to overcome some sort of challenge from the bad guys in the game.
