Advantages: A long game that keeps you occupied for a long time

Disadvantages: To good to have one

I am a huge collector of the sims but the first one I ever had was the sims 2. The sims 2 was the only game I played on my ps2 for a long time until I got my xbox, but when im sat on my bed looking for a game to play I still look at the sims 2. I found this game in woolworths for £20 about 3 - 4 years ago and I loved it and still do now.

The game put's you in a real life position. You start the game customising and choosing you sim. You have a wide variaty of cloths, hair cuts and tatoos to choose from. Then wants you've finished you can build your house. Build the rooms and then choose where to put the doors and windows, then pick what wallpaper and carpet you want to go inside. Now your ready to choose from the wide varity of objects such as t.v's, gym equipment, sterio's, beds, kitchens and a lot more.

When you've finished building invite some people around to get to now them, this will help your socialising bar. This is a motive. You have motives such as hunger, bladder, energy, hygine ect and you need to keep up with them otherwise your sim will be angry. You can also get a job from the internet or the local newspaper.

*Career mode*

In career mode you need to do the goals it tells you to do like meet a new friend, have a shower, woohoo 2 times and alot more. Doing these will unlock new houses to go to. The aim of career mode is to get to move in to all the house's and reach the last home.

In whole I think the sim2 is a great game and realy life like.
