Firstly, apologies if you think this is in the wrong category. I requested a separate category for the Sims game, The Urbz ages ago, but still it's not here... by the time it appears I should imagine the game will be so old that noone will be interested in a review anyway, so I decided to post it in this category, for The Sims PS2 game as it's the PS2 game I'll be writing about. Plus, if you're interested in reading a review about Sims then this will be more than useful to you too!! Onto the review... It's all about Rep! Sims have been around for what seems like forever... but it's only recently that they've ventured into the city "where ... Read the complete review

I had played The Sims on PC for years and managed to pick it up for PS2 in a used game shop for a couple of pounds and thought I'd give it a try. Luckily it was the same thing, it just took a while to get used to the controls. I've since had hours of fun playing this game. This Playstation 2 game was created by EA Games and released in 2002 for players aged 15 and over, I think it would be suitable for over 12's though. You will need 1593kb of free space on your memory card to enable you to save your game. The game is available from a couple of pounds used to around £10 new including delivery on amazon. MODES There are 3 ... Read the complete review

When you hear the word 'Sims' what do you think of? The classic game range by Maxis, developers of Sim City, Sim Farm and Sim Tower? Or maybe it aims you towards the EA Games series, consisting of The Sims, The Sims House Party and its respective series? No, I'm not talking about a classic game series which is loved by millions around the world but the EA game that has been branded by millions of intrepid gamers around the world either the best - or the worst - game ever. Even though EA own Maxis, these games are worlds apart. Here's my point of view - and I don't understand how it's been in the top game charts for so long! You start ... Read the complete review

I was a big fan of the Sims on the PC, and after starting to get into playing the Playstation, I saw that there was a PS2 version of the game available. I wasn't too sure if it would be as good as the one on the computer, and it never has lived up to the PC, but it is okay if you are a fan of the game and playing on the PS2. The game is rated at 7 plus, as nothing too explicit ever happens and the most violent it gets is when two Sims are angry at each other and begin arguing which can lead to a fight. I bought it in a 3 for 2 deal, however it can be bought for around £8 on Amazon, yet for the same price you can buy the PC version which is much more ... Read the complete review

The sims for ps2 is a very good game and still remains one of my favourite sims games. It is very basic which makes it good. It has a very good storyline which is hard to complete so this makes the game more interesting. There are plenty of items in this that you can use for your house. The whole point of this game is that you get to basically live a second life. You get your own house and get to make your own family! you can also have children and watch them grow up, get a job and earn promotions and more! The good thing about this game is that it allows you to be creative and you can relax while playing. If you do not want to do the story mode, ... Read the complete review
