The suffering is Like silent hill or resident evil game but is more action than thinking. all you have to do is go straight and kill all the monsters on your way. That's this type of game when you want to let go your stress and kill everything what is moving. You play as Torque who have been sent to prison for killing his wife and sons although he does not remember doing so. Within the game you can make use of a variety of lethal weapons including a Shiv, Shotgun, Tommy Gun and Pistol. there is no "special" or "wierd" weapons. Just like in real life. The Suffering is Surreals attempt to cash in on the highly popular Resident Evil/Silent Hill genre of Horror games. The Suffering goes in with all guns blazing and presents you with a wide array of disturbingly impressively scary monsters and makes use of some very slick visual trickery to give a truely disturbing and scary gameplay experience.
