Got this game to widen my variety of games for ps2. It did just that. This is a fantastic game which has not just one format but many different games within the challenges and within the career mode. I also enjoyed the function which allowed me to make my own characters as well as the design your own skate park function. In my opinion the variety of tricks and challenges as well as the varied skate parks makes this a game which is available to all. There are also many cheat codes in magazines as well as on the internet which allow you to gain powers such as 'perfect rail' where you cant fall over, making the game easier and for me, more enjoyable.
I was however slightly annoyed by the way blood stains are left on the floor after a fall, although this could be seen as making the game more realistic, i felt that it was unneeded and detracted slightly from what is a good game
