The game was developed by Capcom Production Studio 4/Clover Studio, and published by Capcom. It was originally released on the Gamecube as an exclusive, but nonetheless later appeared on the PlayStation 2. Viewtiful Joe is very reminiscent of old school 2D side scrolling beat-em-up games. This particular review is of the PlayStation 2 version of the game. --------The Story-------- Basically players control Joe and it is his mission to rescue his girlfriend Silvia.
