World at War is set during World War two, the story mode takes you through many different historic battles fighting as a character from the many different countries involved such as American, Russian, German and Japan. You move through each level fighting alongside your squad members, which are controlled by the computer. FIFA 10 (PS3) ... ve always been a Pro Evo man but after much peer pressure I took the plunge and went for FIFA, something like 13 years after last purchasing the EA flagship game. Much had been made about how good FIFA 09 was and how it closed the gap on Pro Evo, some even saying it overtook its rival at long last. Resistance: Fall of Man (PS3) ... was a great all out shooter with plenty of action, decent graphics, varied weaponry and lots of enemies that progressively get more difficult to defeat. It s everything you want in a First Person Shooter. You play as Sgt. Hale, an American soldier who is fighting alongside British forces against the alien race Chimera who are gradually taking over the planet. The weapons are a mixture of recognisable human armaments such as assault rifle, sniper rifle and double barrelled shotgun and Chimeran weaponry that have very original capabilities.
