Virtua Tennis 3 (PS3) ... Tennis 3 recieved a poor welcome from PS3 fans, there are several valid reasons why there was much disappointment, virtua tennis was one of the entrance games for the PS3 into the market and therefore exceptations were high, and although the game didn t fullfill media hype of the PS3 s launch and didn t compare to the xbox s starting games such as Halo and Topspin the game still offers many great features. The game offers hours of fun for firstly the campaign which essentially is to become number one seed in the world and secondly the great multiplay. World Snooker Championships 2007 (PS3) ... is possibly the single most infuriating game to play on PS3 yet is so addictive. There doesn t seem to be any rhyme or reason to quality of players, whether you make your own player or play as a top class player there is no difference. This does test your skill at the game but is annoying because you never feel like you are achieving anything. Also the minute you play against Ronnie O Sullivan you are basically guaranteed to lose, prompting me to want to batter my PS3 at times. However it is very addictive due to the fact you always seem to come so close to winning a game/tournament but struggle to every get there. There are also options to play on the pool tour whic... Virtua Fighter 5 (PS3) ... the hell is this load of rubbish! For a long while i have had to put up with my mates loving the Virtua Fighter series , but i just do not get the hype at all. It appears that to win all you have to do is batter the controller buttons and hope you get the lucky break and KO the other guy first. One positive is the game looks fantastic, maybe not realistic like some games but the definition achieved is stunning and credit where credit is due to SEGA on that one. However that is where the positives end for me. A major gripe of mine is the game doesn t really seem to have a plot, maybe some people like this?
