Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 (PS3) ... per usual PES 2009 does not contain the licensing of many teams but this is a minor inconvenience on the game in which the gameplay is very good. It may not graphically be as aesthetically pleasing as the FIFA games, but you get a greater sense of satisfaction when winning a match in PES 2009 as you really have to work hard for a win due to the generally good AI (Artificial Intelligence). There are some odd moments in the game however, most notably the occasional goalkeeper howler and the refusal of a free kick taker to move if the ball richoets into his area, which can be highly frustrating at times. FIFA 10 (PS3) ... a gamer who for the past 5 years has sworn by Pro Evo after the dire FIFA editions of the early part of the decade I knew it would take something special for me to go back to the FIFA series....and that is exactly what happened. FIFA 10 is a must have game for any console. The graphics are amazing, with player likenesses replicated almost flawlessy and differences between players affecting the way they act on the ball and on the pitch in general. FIFA 09 (PS3) ... much more sharper game from EA Sports here with just about every footballer looking good in the graphics. The addition of a new one player mode in the game has made this game much better to play. Since using the game for over 8 months now its time I reviewed it. The best features of Fifa are the way you can change the formations in the game. You can alter formations in the game and set out how you want to attack teams in the game. You can also get updates online so all the players who have moved teams will be updated in the game to.
