Virtua Tennis 2009 (PS3) ... games are always a tough one to judge when it comes to the sport genre. I mean lets face it, sale figures everywhere would show football games such as fifa soaring above other sporting games but that doesnt mean that they arent good games to play and this is a prime example. Virtua tennis is a fantastic game for all tennis fans, great control of the players, realistic gameplay to go with it but the only fault i can see it the actual layout of the career mode. This is shown as a birds eye view of the world where you go to different countries to do training sessions, shop etc which is all well and good if it wasnt so farfetched. FIFA 10 (PS3) ... as I thought (maybe along with others) Pro Evolution Soccer was about to become one of the better football games around, EA threw this at us. I wasnt sure about whether to purchase this as I thought it may be like "every other football game" but as I walked past asda on release day i couldnt help but pick up a copy and still to this day, nearly 2 months after release it still hasnt left my playstation. This is a massive step up from previous fifa games. It can only be described as fantastic. Im quite a few seasons into the game now and im still not bored. FIFA 10 (PS3) ... FIFA series has been known to be surpassed by Pro Evo over the past couple of years but it is finally back on track, and a fantastic football game that everyone will enjoy. It does have some bugs, but the gameplay is good, the graphics look nice and it has all of your favourite teams. The graphics on this game are very good, and some of the best I have seen. They look great and really immerse you into the experience of the game. The sound is also comparable, with each team having a chant that adds to the experience again.
