Battlefield Bad Company for the PS3 is a first person shooter game where four crazy characters fight for the American Army against a terrorist organisation. Bad Company is the first story game in the Battlefield series and it is very funny with good jokes in between the battles. The game allows the players to use a variety of weapons like assault rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, RPG's and Sub Machine guns. Your character is a quite guy called Preston Marlow who has been shifted to the B-Company. B-Company is a division in the army which takes the lead in all the battles. It is tasked with carrying out reconnaissance activities and firing the first shot when a battle starts.


The graphics of the game are not very good compared to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. But the game has very good voice acting. The controls are easy to get used to. The players can also fly helicopters and tanks. The game also has good destructible environments. This makes you feel like you are actually taking part in the war. The AI is good but there is room for further improvement.


Bad Company offers a variety of ranks like Major or Colonel depending upon the progress that you have made in your multiplayer matches. Overall the game is a great buy for shooter genre fans. The single player is a little short in length though.
