One of the best story's ever to feature in a video game.

I originally owned the standard edition of Dragon Age Origins but my PS3 broke with the disc in and when I managed to get the disc out, it looked like Edward Scissorhands had been practicing finger painting. So When I got a new console I bought the Ultimate Edition and in all honesty, it was the best thing I could have done. A fantastic game with all the great DLC. It also worked out cheaper then buying the DLC separately which was a nice bonus. I don't think theirs a game with a better story available and it's so immersive that you actually get attached to the characters. This is also one of those games that actually change on each playthrough, as your decisions affect the outcome on a lot of situations. Theirs only a couple of problems with this game, it has a tendency to freeze for about 20-30 seconds before and after a fight which is annoying. It sometimes freezes just while your running along as well. I feel it's also excessively closed in for this type of game. There's only certain places you can go and even in these places, there's a lot of invisible walls which really take something away from the game. Without giving away any spoilers, some of the DLC could have made a great stand alone game. I would definitely advise gamers to buy this and even if you already have the standard edition, trade that one in for this one as it does work out cheaper then getting all the DLC separately (or at least it did when I bought this edition). Great game with excellent replay value. I'm even hoping something makes a movie of this game as the story is so brilliant.
