Advantages: Variety of options, both online and off. Brilliant match engine

Disadvantages: Ocasional online play slow with connection.

Yet again fifa have delivered. It is becoming a more life like experience with every game in the series.

Not only can you play the normal features like leagues, cups and tournaments alone or with friends but the numerous online options is sure to bring with it a great deal of longevity to the game and provide value for money.

Graphics and match engine - Fifa 09 as expected provides the best graphics yet and with the addition of th HD-cable as the experince is quite simply breathtaking. The gameplay engine is smooth, slick and at an excellent speed (compared to the sometimes sluggish nature of fifa 08), giving the player the most realistic feel yet of a real life football game and bypasses its rival pro-evo.

Adidas live season - This is a great feature as it updates the player ie. change in form, players moving clubs and also physical appearance representational to that of real life.

In conclusion, "An Epic Game" I would unreservedly recommend purchasing fifa 09, especially now as you would probably be able to get hold of it for under £20 to that of £40. I honestly think the only thing that will stop me playing FIFA 09 is the day that FIFA 10 is released!!!!
