I have always been a Fifa man and having recently purchased a PS3 had no hesitation in buying the new version and I have certainly not been disappointed with the game play which is now more realistic than ever, even on easy mode it is no longer easy where as with Fifa 08 easy really did mean easy so this game has really moved on.
My only criticism has to be around the commentary for the lower league teams, they don't seem to know too much about Championship Teams or League 1 teams so it would be nice to be able to download add ons for commentary as I understand they are limited to space on the disk.
But all in all a fantastic game and well worth anyones money...

The FIFA series has been known to be surpassed by Pro Evo over the past couple of years but it is finally back on track, and a fantastic football game that everyone will enjoy. It does have some bugs, but the gameplay is good, the graphics look nice and it has all of your favourite teams. The graphics on this game are very good, and ... Read the complete review

As a gamer who for the past 5 years has sworn by Pro Evo after the dire FIFA editions of the early part of the decade I knew it would take something special for me to go back to the FIFA series....and that is exactly what happened. FIFA 10 is a must have game for any console. The graphics are amazing, with player likenesses replicated almost ... Read the complete review

Plenty to offer in the latest installement of the fifa series, my only complaint is for an absolute novice like myself it is quite tricky, all the button combinations can be taxing but rewarding when masted. The new Pro mode is a great idea where you are just in control over one player and progress through a career as youself, build up ... Read the complete review

Fifa 10 is the latest league topper from EA sports. Brand new to the annual update comes a revised 360 degree dribbling system. This makes it eaiser to play the game, allowing much improved control. Crosses and free kicks have had an overhall and the defensive line formation has also been revised. The management mode has ... Read the complete review

I've always been a Pro Evo man but after much peer pressure I took the plunge and went for FIFA, something like 13 years after last purchasing the EA flagship game. Much had been made about how good FIFA 09 was and how it closed the gap on Pro Evo, some even saying it overtook its rival at long last. Personally I was disappointed with ... after waiting 2 days for it to finally come through my door as fifa had stood up to standards, my mates told me, but then when i open the case, put it into the disk drive hands running with adrenaline in tension for this game, i go onto manager mode and its great finally i'm in positive numbers and the balance sheet looks real, i'm normally in ... Fifa 2010 First of all for almost all of my life I have been a 'pro man' and it was unthinkable for me to consider fifa is better than pro. But I am afraid i think it is finnally time to admit defeat and concede that fifa is now better than pro. It has always been better at everything apart from the gameplay, but this new fifa really does ... Read the complete review

Yes even better than FIFA 09! The game has plenty of new features this is why I prefer it over FIFA 09. The manager mode aspect of the game for instance is new and improved, being more realistic than ever before. To me this is the best football game of them all! No noticable faults, realistic 360 gameplay, unrivaled graphics and sponsorship ... Read the complete review

As a fan of the FIFA series since the 07 edition I was looking forward to this games release well in advance, pre-ordering months before it was hitting the shelves. I generally start of disliking the new game in the series, not liking most of the changes and generally being in a strop about how they've made everything worse - this year was no ... Fifa 10 is in my opinion another epic installment to the Fifa series. It follows on well from Fifa 09 with the expected updates of player info etc. I really thought that the gameplay was as good as ever with some enhancements. For example, I thought that the 360 degree dribbling was great because it makes the gameplay more responsive and ... Read the complete review

This year after playing the demo of Fifa 10 I just had to buy the game. I was a PES fan for many years since the days of PS2, but after buying PES last year and finding that it has the worst online play I did not want a repeat this year, and on playing both demos on the PS3 - Fifa 10 just stood out much more. I did not like the game play at all in ... Read the complete review

FIFA 10 has come this year with a good amount of changes in the game. The most notice able changes in the game are the amount of training you can do now and also the way the game play has now changed in the game to. Fifa 10 is finally here following on from where Fifa 09 left off and it sees a huge step forward in terms of the development of the playing side. Ok so it looks like I may be reviewing my whole collection of PS3 games, with the aim of giving my opinions to others to help them when decision making. Ok, So I've only played the demo, but I really think the negative reviews are unjustified. I have been playing the demo for the last few weeks, EVERY DAY! It plays so fluid and responsive and the tweaks and improvements are sometimes subtle but so important. The new urgency makes such a difference from clearances to shots, and the 'keepers are ...
