Formula 1 - Championship Edition (PS3)

Formula 1 Championship Edition is a good game for the playstation 3. It has teams and tracks from the 2006 FIA Grand Prix. The driving physics are really good, much better than most games but it could still do with a bit of refining. It feels just a little bit too light and jumpy but i guess that is what you should expect from a formula 1 car. The career mode can get a bit frustrating sometimes because if you crash you have to forfiet just like in the real F1 and its quite easy to crash on the first corner. I bought this game when I first got my PS3, mainly because I am an F1 fan but also because I love realism when it comes to driving games. What is more realistic than nudging another car on the track to see the chassis crumble and wheels fly everywhere. If this mayhem sounds tempting, avoid this game. Like my title suggests, it's just like bumper cars - only death defying crashes will cause any significant damage. You can't even entangle your wheels with other drivers. You just.. bounce off them.
