Advantages: Great fun when playing the mutliplayer

Disadvantages: The online can lag with the powerful guns

Set in Liberty City, Niko is new to town and the aim of the game is to kill and make as mauch as money as you can. The story mode is great fun, at the start you pretty much do the same thing and that is driving people all over the city but as you move towards the middle of the game the action begins! Once you've finished the story mode it aint the end of the game because there are many side missions to keep you busy for a long time.

The mutliplayer is easily one of the best multiplayer games I have played, there are many games you can play by yourself or with your friends. The aim of the multiplayer is to kill your opponents and to rank up from Rank 1 to the most prestigious rank 10 which requires a mammoth $5 million. The games range from deathmatch to team deathmatch, a normal race to a gta race (with guns), missions such as hangmans noose and deal breaker which is greay fun especially when you play with your friends. The game is a 3rd person shooter which is why the designers chose for it to be a auto-aim game but if you dont like the whole auto-aim part of the game you can change it to a non auto-aim game. You can also choose where to play, how long to play and whether friendly fire is on or off aswell as other tricks! The game also provides players with many powerful guns such as the ak-47, rocket launcher and the very powerful shotgun which is leathal from close range.

I would totally recommend this game for the mutliplayer only but with a story mode like the one it has I would make this game one of the best on ps3 and a must buy. The fact that this game is also a platinum makes it worth all the money that you will invest in it.
