Kane & Lynch: Dead Men (PS3)

Despite reading many a dodgy review (360-3/5, IGN - 7.0, Gamespot - 6.0, Edge - 5 i think) I went and read a review on Gametrailers.com who gave it an 8.3, so thought I would take a chance on it. OVERVIEW: The game modes are restricted to 'Campaign' with three difficulty levels and co-op locally, but not online, and multiplayer online. We have a great story here. Kane & Lynch, what can i say about this title? well, you either love it or you hate it. It's that simple. You play the part of Kane a man standing of the destruction of his own life trying as hard as he might to salvage what he can. By his side, or on his case rather is Lynch, a psychotic madman who is a much of a hinder as he is a help. He's there to keep check on Kane as he fulfills one last mission in the vein attempt his previous boss's don't tear him or his family apart. On the cover, two rugged faces that have seen combat many of times. You read an epic journey from start to finish by free lance reviewers. Dead Men is the subtitle to this hyped up, jazzed out, bloody foul mouthed game. It has all the elements for a great game but is this the case? I bought this game in game for ten pound a bargain I am telling you if you are into action and shoot em up games this is brillant. Well the story is about these two guys one called Kane and the other is called Lynch they are both up on death row and on their way to be killed in a security van followed by heavy handed police. Then all off a sudden the van gets shot up and the two guys are free. This is were the game starts and you get introduced to Lynch and he is in on the break out and he helps you who will be Kane. This game looked so promising but let down in its expectations. I was devestated with this purchase, so much I took it back 6 days after having the product. The game is centered around Kane and Lynch, two men who have broken out of jail and are now fighting their way through a variety of different scenarios. The buttons for this game are poor and hard to grasp, graphics are ok but are not upto scratch with some games of the playstaion 3. In my 6 days of owning this game i played through what i would imagine was a good proportion of the game, waiting for it to get good, but it was never happening.
