I purchased this game after I had played and completed Lego Starwars. I had enjoyed the game so much, even though it had been a present for my husband, that I wanted to try another in the series. I purchased this game online for £16.99 which was quite a saving compared to the high street shops which are selling this for upwards of £25.00 The game itself follows Batman and Robin as they try to catch the villans that were made famous from the comic books and films, including The Riddler, Catwoman, The Joker and their various accomplices. Each part of the game has a story title and your aim is to catch the villan, whilst collecting parts of the lego ... Read the complete review

First off, Merry Christmas to all - hope everyone is enjoying a happy festive period :) The Lego series of computer games has been steadily increasing in popularity since 'Lego Star Wars' was first released back in 1999. The latest incarnation of the franchise, coming shortly after the release of 'Lego Indiana Jones', puts the player into the shoes (and cape) of Gotham City's number one crime-fighter - Batman. The experienced Lego gamer will know exactly what to expect with this one - simple puzzles, humorous cut-scenes, and basic but effective graphics. Previous Lego games have stuck meticulously to the plot of the films which the games are based ... Read the complete review

I've really enjoyed the Lego series of games these last few years. Beginning with Lego Star Wars, a tie in released with Star Wars Episode III, the series has seen three Star Wars titles, an Indiana Jones version and now there's Lego Batman. I had avoided the series for as long as possible, games that spawn from another intellectual property's merchandising effort tend to be the poorest examples of video games. Combined with the general poor quality of children's games these days, it didn't seem like much of a formula for success. Fortunately, the Lego Star Wars games proved me wrong and I was anxiously looking forward to this one. Lego Batman is off to ... Read the complete review

This game is great! Ive played all the other lego/movie incarnations. They all provided much enjoyment and longevity of gameplay. This is no exception. Firstly this game is a little different to the others as you get to play the missions from both hero and villian perspective. Also is a bit easier to dip in and out than other lego games. For many of the missions your need suit upgrades which are found hidden in the level. This makes the puzzle side of the game it a bit more interesting and challenging. This also makes 2 play co-op mode a lot of fun when you can work together as each players suits give different abilities. Batman and ... Read the complete review

My son is a huge fan of the Lego games, Having played Star Wars and Indianna Jones he couldnt wait to get his hands on this one. This Game is really enjoyable for all ages. The Co-op play is such a fantastic idea if you have younger children because it means you can grab a controller and help them out if they get stuck (saves lots of frustration!) The Game itself is not really based on any particular movie like the other Lego games in the series but it still contains all the favourite characters Batman, Robin,The Riddler,The Joker,Mr Freeze,Poison Ivy are all there plus many more. The game play is fairly simple but engaging and the cartoon like scenes ...
