Advantages: Fun, career mode, good graphics, gameplay has many difficulties

Disadvantages: Expensive, not that much to it

MotoGP 08 is a big advance over 07 in many ways. Since Capcom have taken over the making of it, there have been changes. You can now race 125cc, 250cc and full MotoGP bikes - the two smaller bikes are new edition and in my opinion they are very fun to ride and have very different feelings to each other.

There is a career mode as you would expect, where you can advance through 125, 250 and MotoGP racing over a number of seasons - there is nothing special about it (eg. you have no money, you can't buy parts, you sign one sponsor and one bike for a season) but it is still fun to have a target to race for.

Difficulty wise the game will suit everyone - you can start off very easy and as you get better change the difficulty - even on hard you can remove driving aids, change to manual gears etc. so that even the best riders can have a challenge.

There are some special challenges outside the career where you can do things like beat a certain time round a track, or complete a certain objective to win the challenge and get your next one.

Although relatively expensive, this game is worth it for anyone who likes racing games or motorbike - but if not then it might not be your favourite game so may not be worth it.

Summary: Good game
