The game plays well. Its one of the more realistic games I've played. Netminders are hard to score against. Especially from range. Taking the offensive zone & working the cycle to build pressure is far more important than just constantly putting the puck on net. Players are a bit tougher & are harder to knock down. You can even play passes off the boards.

This is the current (although soon to be replaced by 2k10) edition of 2K sports NHL. The game features all of the teams from the National Hockey League & has completely up to date rosters, kits and managers. This game keeps an old school type of gameplay where you press buttons to shoot & pass, unlike say EA sports where you shoot with the right joystick. The game has many single player modes, including Franchise, Season & playoffs. Also you can play multiple opponents on your own PS3 or even go online & take people on over the internet. Doesn't have enough replayability. The plot and great action Can be far too hard intense action and gameplay, great graphics and sounds, loads of guns! Saints Row 2 (PS3)
All the little touches put into the game, and the gameplay is so good. The glitches can get on your nerves quite a lot sometimes.
Skate 2 (PS3)
Good looking, online features and very rewarding to play. Flickit may take some getting used to - sometimes a bit TOO realistic.
