Newest Review: ... even more. You finally get the additional games (they are no better might i add) and then its released onto disc as a Playstation game so you spent all that money to find out you can get it cheaper. I completly regret buying this game and even if the disc version had come out first and was cheaper, after playing it i wouldnt have even bothered. Theres nothing worth the money in this game. ... more More Sony PS3 games

Pain orignally started as an exclusive PSN store release. By watching trailers it seemed like quite a good game so i took the risk and made the purchase and i have regretted it to this day. Its boring and theres nothing to it. Not even a storyline. The idea of the game is to use a giant catapult and fling a person into different citys in an attempt to cause as much damage as possible and rack up the most points. When you stop moving and the damage combonations have finished you end up back at the catapult back at square thinking why did i just do they. What was the point? And then to make things worse, they start releasing countless amounts of extras including additional ... Read the complete review

I first found out about this game from viewing a trailer downloaded from the ps3 store, it looked fun, fresh different to previous games i have seen. Based on this i decided to take the plunge and get it. Initially this game was great, very addictive as there is numerous characters ranging from an elvis lookalike to a sumo and also a very attarctive girl(which when posing strikes some very erotic moves and noises!!!!) The games and goals that are set out for you are fun each in their own right, however they become very tired and repetitive! i appriciate the cost is cheap and this game isnt meant to be a full blockbuster however i feel the potential is their ... When i saw this game appear on the PS3 store last year i was unsure whether or not to buy this game, £5 seemed a good price for a game for the PS3. So i bought this game i could not help myself it looked to good to be true. At the start of Pain for the PS3 you are in a catapult ready to be fired at absololutely everthing from a big cerial bowl to a big train comming past. I have got to admit firing the guy in the catapult at objects up in the air and watching him come down and basically break all his bones is very funny and addictive. You can also download extras such as additional characters to play as in the game. In the game you can watch replays ... Read the complete review

Pain is a downloadable content available from the Playstation network for something from as litle as £5 I bought it because to it's low price, and to be hounest i wasn't disapointed at this game. Upon first play, I did laugh, I did try to perform the most outragious thing i could perform slinging a man from a catapult. Some people may tell you that pain is just that, but deep down it does have a like factor to it. Why? i'll tell you. There are different modes in the game and each mode does have a objective. i.e toss a mime, Involves a french mime which you must toss you charecter across the map grab a mime in midflight and use him to ... Pain is a PS3 game in a genre of its own. At least I don't think there's another catapult game available! This game is only available for purchase via the PS3's in-built Playstation Store for an initial £4.99. I say initial because there is a multitude of downloadable content (add-ons) available to supplement the original game including new levels (£3.19) and extra characters (69p). The basic premise of the game is that you are in control of a fellow called Jarvis. For some bizarre reason, beknown only to Jarvis, he finds himself at the start of every game trussed up in a giant catapult. It's up to you to set the speed and direction of his catapult in order to ... Read the complete review
