Champions League Mode:
This year pes has included Champions league mode and tbh honest im not very impressed with it all it is really is a 32 man tournement which you could easily create yourself only it has official logos and musicwhich tbh i aint ot bothered about but it deos make you feel like you are playing in a champions league and i actually think is the reason i play it otherwise i would just go on another tournement

Be A Legend:
If you follow the japenese versions of PES which is winning eleven you would see that this mode used to be in the game a couple of years ago so it HASNT copied Fifa's Be A Pro.I have fallen in love with this mode it is great you start as a 17 year old player who you can create yourself and you play for like a sunday league team and if you have a good game you will be lucky enough to get scouted myself aston villa scouted me.
then you go through the stages of reserve team and then battle for your place in the first team and even internationl captancy.I think that Be A Legend is better than Be A Pro because it lasts for as long as you wnant it till until you decide to retire.

Gameplay;
Gameplay is good but still could be a hell loads better itr makes you sad when you go from PES 2009 to PES 6 because PES 6 is almost perfect

Is absoloutly terrible ut it this way LAG, LAG ,LAG

Edit Mode:
This years edit mode is superb you cant fault it m gunna make this short and sweet but you can import all your photos from your ps3 ont edit mode and make all the teams ytou want with 40 slots for badges that is enough but yeah edit mode is back with power trust me on that

PES 2009 overall Verdict:
Overall PES is another Jink in the series next year if they dont make dramatic improvements Konami could risk losing a lot of fans to its rival Fifa but this year we should just put it down as a bad year yet again for PES
