When I saw the trailer for this game I just wanted it right there and then. I got as a birthday present when it came out and I knew I would have a game that I would enjoy for a very long time.

Visuals: The game looks stunning. It is the best game that I have personally seen based on visual quality. Rockstar games definitely put a huge amount of effort into making the graphics top notch. It comes out flawlessly on my 40" 1080p television! To be honest I find myself just travelling around randomly on a horse just so I can look at the scenery at a leisurely pace.

Playing the game: I won't go into much about the story line as you will find this all out when you play the game. The actual playing of the game is really awesome, there are plenty of side quests to do alongside the main story. There is replayability as you can choose to play as a good or bad guy. It does not affect much but it can cause you to experience more hostile characters if you choose to be bad.

Online mode: Playing online gives you the chance to play against other people online in gang matches, co-operative missions, poker/liars dice, horse racing etc. There is something called entering legendary status and you have to level up your character with experience points to level 50. You can do this 5 times to becoming the top legendary status in the west. This is a great addition as it makes you want to play even more as there is a reward for doing so. There are various downloadable contents that have added extra map areas that you can explore and take part in gang matches and outfits for your characters. There is almost no limit to what you can do. I doubt there are many people that have done absolutely everything there is to do in the online mode.
