Advantages: graphics, fun and controls

Disadvantages: a bit tedious, sometimes a bit frustrating.

This game is an original addiction to its genre in terms of graphics and controls. Many gamers in previous games such as Tony Hawk's series were able to pull of ridiculous tricks with very little effort. At least in this game, there is a learning curve that is satisfying and challenging at the same time and still able to maintain fun and realism. The controls require you to actually learn a trick, which resembles the effort taken to learn a real skateboarding trick, but quicker. So I would advise you to purchase the game if your up for a challenge and need something original from a skateboarding game. When you finally do accomplish some of the goals in the game, you are more satisfied with yourself and are ready to aim higher. Playing the game is fairly relaxing, but it can get tedious after a pretty long session of playing.

Summary: Worth buying if your looking for something new and original.
