Rating:

Advantages: Good return to the series, veterans and newbies will enjoy.

Disadvantages: hair tearingly difficult

Street Fighter 4 is the latest addition to Capcoms massively popular Street Fighter series, and likely won't be the last, featuring a massive cast of fighters with many different fighting techniques, some old, some new, the Street Fighter tournament has begun once again, whose destiny will you change.

Graphics:
This is where I could imagine some differences of opinion, being the first (almost) 3-d Street Fighter, someones bound to be upset with the change. Personally I think it looks great, I loved the old school look and imagine what could of been if they'd went with a different style, but this works and suites the game well. Nice detailed scenery with devastating epic looking finishers and combos.
7/10

Sound:
Considering the game isn't that diaglogue heavy the sound effects are and voices are up to par, they're believable to the setting and are well applied to make you feel every punch, kick and super move.
9/10

Story:
As a fighter, you know not to expect much, it's clear they've tried to give everyone there own story, but in fairness, a good number of the characters stories are laughable, but it's still quite entertaining watching the very well drawn and animated intros and finales. One downside to this is the final boss, which oddly enough seems to be a problem with many fighting games this year, Seth, some kind of Laboratory experiment/ God is hugely unbalanced and a majorly noticeable pain in the behind after playing through a fun game, you'll see.
5/10

Multilayer/ Extra/ Re playability:
Street Fighter has always been famous for it's competitive and addictive multiplayer, with the current generation making it's way on line, the competition has expanded to a limitless audience. Online comes with what you'd expect, ranked matches, friendly matches and an extensive stats system which is my personal favorite. Telling you your wins and loses and each character among many others.

I only just recently found that you can set your status to online whilst playing the single player campaign, this seems the best way to matchmake, as players will find you and call you out for a fight. Players are found based on your current amount of points and rank, all earnt and added to during online combat through wins.

There's also a huge amount of unlockables ranging from different colour costumes, titles, badges and profile icons all used for customizing your appearance online.
9/10

Trophies for this game range from manageable to oh my god impossible, I'll admit to sucking quite bad at this game, trophies include such tasks as completing the game on various difficulties (medium & higher), performing special finishing moves a number of time, to harder things such as winning 10 consecutive ranked matches, which you can imagine is quite trying, all part of the fun though really and promotes practice.
8/10

Extra: I havn't found it myself yet but this game is said to have HOME support, I think through having the game on your hard drive you are able to grab a costume or some figurines for your HOME apartment, which is a nice extra and quite likely as Resident Evil 5 (also by Capcom) did the same.
9/10

Summary: Fun, frantic, frustratingly challenging, addictive online/ single player and a great party game.
