For Multi player mode, we can create a room for several people unlike the 1v1 on vanilla, and also Capcom added replay mode, so we can watch the top players ranked match replay. Yey! Characters Super Street Fighter IV came with quite a number of new characters. Listening to the fans request, Capcom adds old school SF Characters (Dudley, Adon, Ibuki, Guy) and also brand new ones (Hakan and Juri) to this game. Tier Balance. Super Street Fighter IV (PS3): Super is better than Vanilla! (284 words)
by - written on 27/10/10 (Very useful, 9 readings)
Rating:

It's Super Street Fighter IV!! Graphic The same engine as Vanilla SF IV, so graphically not much has been improved. Even so, I think the semi 2D/3D graph with ink brush / canvas effect still looks pretty good. Sound / Music Not much to say, you can choose between Jap/Eng voice actors just like vanilla, the background music is also pretty good. Gameplay So much has been added to enrich this title. Its still the same engine from Vanilla SF IV, but they add a 2nd ULTRA moves for each characters this time. The 2nd Ultras are very interesting, and enrich the whole gameplay. For Single player mode, Capcom added Bonus ...  Read the complete review

Streetfighter IV was practice, this is the real deal. (301 words)

A huge disapproving uproar happened in the online community when Capcom stated they were releasing an updated Streetfighter IV game. 'Why do we have to buy this?,' Why can't we have this as downloadable content if I already have Streetfighter IV?' the fanboys cried. Capcom had their reasons which I'll get to but first on with the review. The full roster of Streetfighter IV returns with 10 new warriors jumping onboard. Dee Jay and T.Hawk (who were strangely missing from Streetfighter IV) as well Guy, Cody and Adon from the Streetfighter Alpha series. Makoto, Dudley and Ibuki from Streetfighter 3 and 2 new warriors. Juri is an evil female ...  Read the complete review

Super Street Fighter IV (PS3): A redubbing for hardcore fans only! (304 words)

Rating:

When Street Fighter IV was released, and turned out to be actually pretty damn good, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. A series I'd loved as a child was still going strong, and in the grand tradition of the series, it wasn't long before another mildly different variant was released, in Super Street Fighter IV. The main attraction of SSF4 is the addition of new characters, bringing the total now to 35, with many old favourites returning as well as a few entirely new ones. There also some minor configuration differences and match mode enhancements, but these are mainly for the die-hards who have no doubt bought every annual update of the SF series. Street fighter 4 (465 words)

Rating:

We all know street fighter and its maker Capcom. It used to be a aracade game and it is a legendary game. Features In the game some features and models in the game are 3d but the game remains on a 2d plane, which it flows in and out from 2d to 3d this happens at certain times which makes the fights more dramatic. The other thing is the moves stay the same and have been carried on but with some twists and different attacks. All the characters are rendered in 3d and the characters stay the same. The graphics is brillant and I thought that this could go no further as a game but I was really impressed. The games ...  Read the complete review

Super Street Fighter IV (PS3): Not just a capcom cash in (206 words)

If anyone is checking the reviews of this game on the basis of "i have bought street fighter 4 only a couple of months ago and should i really pay £25/£30 for another version" then my opinion is a definate yes. This is a whole lot more than just a cheap money making ploy from capcom! The best fighting game in years has just got better!! As a life long street fighter fan i have to say this is the best street fighter ever. It is worth the money alone just to play the car smash and barrel break special stages in pristine hi def!! And thats not to mention the whole host of extra characters from past street fighter games. If other people are like me and found the ...  Read the complete review
