This game is sooo addictive! Basically you start off as a no-body working for one of the families and you have to work your way up the ranks, First by making shop owners pay protection money (normally by shaking them up a bit!) once they agree you then get a payment each week some of the shops may have a racket or brothel upstairs and you can earn extra money for those. You also have other missions you can carry out which adds to the game as well as gaining safe houses all over New york. This is not just another gta rip off! This is a seriously great game. I fact i would say this is the best game I have played for the PS3 yet. The game follows the godfarther trilogy story and has enough cut sequences to keep you clued up if you haven't seen the films. You start as a low level goon with ambitions to move up the rank and tackle various missions or concentrate on your own money gains. Like gta you can steal cars or beat random people who probably don't deserve it. I always find walking down the street and accidentaly on purpose knocking into a inoccent to here the word smuk or lowlife ussualy gives an excuse for a beating. What first ...
