Advantages: Great Graphics, very addictive while an enjoyable FUN experience

Disadvantages: Lacks gameplay for a serious tennis fan, seems arcadey

If you have a relaxed interest in the sport you will love this game! Its quite arcadey but makes the game reasonably exciting compared to the excitement level we find on TV.
This version includes players diving on almost every play to return the ball from the oppenent, while i dont think i have ever seen the ball hit the net.
A game like this means you will never feel frustated that the ball went long or didnt have enough power to go into the opponents secting, for the average user anyway. You will probably be laughing having lots of fun with your mates if your an average tennis fan.
THIS MUST BE STRESSED!
I personally enjoy the odd tennis match on TV and playing in real life, but never beyond an amateur level, making this game ideal for me.
To summarise this, if you want average tennis gameplay but want to have brilliant graphics and the fun factor, GET THIS.
If your a more serious tennis fanatic, get Top Spin 3/4 im not sure which is out.
To the average gamer its reasonably boring and not really enjoying (Top Spin), due to its realism and lack of fun. There is a limit to how much fun a realistic tennis game can be, so if you purchase top spin, you will basically go wow it has great tennis gameplay, but can become very boring unless you are a tennis fanatic who loves the game through and through.
The majority of people will buy Virtua Tennis as the main goal of the ps3 is fun, while if you want a simulator, Top Spin is your calling!

Sorry if you dont find this much of a review, but other people do that alot, so i like to compare to help you guys decide which is best for you.
