World Snooker Championships 2007 (PS3)

There can be no doubt that world championship snooker is and will always be the leading title for the consoles snooker games. But the problem is....its snooker?!? Technically this is a very good game and literally covers "every shot in the book!" crafting your breaks is very important and that converted 147 is almost impossible but a great thing to aim for. For the passive snooker fan like myself, games like this will not really tend to appeal as they can be really time consuming at best, but for those of you that absolutely love snooker then this game is your dream ticket. I have to say, my understanding of the rules of snooker and the little intricacies that go into making a break, come from my husband who loves the sport, so this is something that we tend to play together, albeit as the same player against the computer. This is possibly the single most infuriating game to play on PS3 yet is so addictive. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to quality of players, whether you make your own player or play as a top class player there is no difference. This does test your skill at the game but is annoying because you never feel like you are achieving anything. Also the minute you play against Ronnie O'Sullivan you are basically guaranteed to lose, prompting me to want to batter my PS3 at times.
