Disadvantages: Paying to unlock wrestlers?
I purchase the WWE series every year it now has taken a new name with the series being named WWE 12.Theyremoved the smackdown name at last! WWE 12 brings in better graphics, an updated roster and that are the new main additions to be honest.
They also have put in new additions as interfere in matches and create a rivalary which are decent modes in the game as well. They do not really add much for the game though!
They have not really changed this game much at all to be honest apart from that. Playing this game I must say the controls are just poor! They do not really help the game at all and it really put me off playing the game straight away.
However the bonus of the games are the graphics, the arena's looking realistic as possible no doubt gets top marks from me!
The Wrestlemania storyline mode is probably the worst mode I have played in the last decade of WWE releases from THQ. It is awful the cut scenes are very poor and it seems like the game was made in a rush as some of the storylines do not make no sense at all!
For the fans of the Rock he is playable in the game only you just have to pay to buy him! That applies to other wrestlers as well! Where are the days where you could unlock them from the game rather than paying to buy wrestlers just to play them in the game!
I have played this game and must say it does have a lot of people online playing the game and that is the only reason I play the game. For me any one paying 39.99 for this game is not getting their moneys worth!
This game should only be 14.99 it certainly should not be worth more than that! However die hard WWE fans must play it.
Overall the graphics do the game a big favour but everything else seems to be average a little too average.
Summary: Seems a rushed game to me
