"3D Lemmings" is a video game released for the Sony Playstation console in 1995 by Psygnosis. It is a puzzle game based on the long standing "Lemmings" series. In the United States, the game received a rating of "E" by the ESRB panel which deemed it suitable for all ages. At the heart of this title, there is little change to the actual gameplay seen in earlier Lemmings games. I bought this game for about £6 - £7. As with the classical lemmings being just 2D this on is 3D. The idea of lemmings is they just walk either to safety or to their death, your job is to save them, you do this by giving them something for them selves or for the team, for each game you have to save only so many of them, as some get blown up to save the rest and some get used as blocks to send the others in the oppostive direction. You get given a certain number of skills and item to give out, and you have to work it out and use them in a way to over come the obstical and save as many as you can. 3D lemmings if you hadn’t already guess is the update to the massive classic that was lemmings. This was a game released about 10 years ago that worked on the principle that lemmings followed each other, and would even follow others to their death. ***AIM OF THE GAME*** The aim of the game is to guide the lemmings as they fall out of a trap in the roof (bit weird hey) and direct them to the exit. There may be walls, traps, hole anything that may kill the lemmings in the way, but its all down to how many you can get to the exit of each level.
