Official F1 Racing (PS):
... was a really exciting release at the time, I can remember a way back to the days of the Atari ST when the first license F1 game came out and it was excellent. This certainly tried to follow in the same traditions but after years of Gran Turismo and V Rally it comes off as a little off. Theres plenty of features in the game and all the sprites and stuff are all lifted from the actual coverage of F1 racing, nice ... Read the full review: 3.2.1 by briangilmour |

Championship Motocross (PS) ... Bring us Championship Motocross, I first seen this game on the back of a WWF PSX game, also made by THQ. I always thought he game looked pretty good, it s biggest selling point was that it was the only game featuring Ricky Carmichael, to this day i ve still no idea who he is but I picked it up cheap as I do with most of my PSX games and gave it a whirl The stand out part of this game is the vast array of features, it has tons of tracks and more bikes to pick from that possibly any PSX Motorcross game i ve found. Graphically it s quite appealing, although a llittle blocky at times it still looks quite good and the framerate seems to be able to handle the speed of the... Ms.Pac-Man (PS) ... has heard of pacman or some copy of it, along with space invaders it s possibly the most famous of all arcade games and is still a huge favourite for retro fans nowadays. On the Playstation the classic company Namco decided to release Ms PacMan as a follow up, essentially it s the exact same game only Pacman now has a bow on her head. It s still really addictive as the first one was and I really am glad I seen it, £1.99 is how much it cost, i ve bought sandwiches more expensive! Gameplay - It s the same format as the first time, you move up down left and right as little alien guys try to eat you. Graphics- You don t expect much from a pacman game visually so yo... Qbert (PS) ... in the days of Tetris and Pacman there was an arcade machine that went by the name of Qbert, he s a little cute character that basically has to land on all the diferent squares on the screen just to turn each light out and change the colour of the square. So it was only natural that at some point Qbert would make his ways into homes everywhere via the Sony Playstation. One funny little twist here is that when Qbert fails,a little speech bubble comes up with some kind of blurred out curse word. Gameplay - Oh it s tough, the first few levels are fine as you would expect from there on though it gets pretty hard , little guys chase you around and you need to control him...
