D (PS):
... from life saver to mass murderer - what has driven Richter Harris, doctor and director of a hospital, and a decent dude, to do such dreadful deeds? His daughter Laura drives down to the Los Angeles hosptial to find out... I ve seen D dubbed as a survival horror. But the game fails for frights - this coming from someone whom scares easy. And it s a game where you cannot die, despite the spiked booby traps, ... Read the full review: D For Deprived Of And Not A Laura Fun by scream4bruce |

Alien Trilogy (PS) ... has fallen upon Acclaim to convert one of the best and highly acclaimed horror movie franchises to PSone with their recently acquired license. The game has been described as a doom clone in the Aliens theme and in my mind delivers with solid graphics and atmospheric sounds, really transferring the suspense, horror and isolation of the movies through to the console. The films Alien, Aliens and Alien 3 are of course the trilogy the game is based upon, and it is set in the first person, and plays and looks like the PC classic doom. When the game was announced I thought it would be a 3rd person adventure, and was disappointed when my thesis was proved incorrect. When the ... Roland Garros French Open 2001 (PS) ... Garros French Open 2001, published by Cryo Interactive and developed by Carapace, does not feature any real players, despite appearances in the opening movie so instead there s the likes of Pierre Bertin and Catherine Menard representing France. However, it s not just the clay-courts of Stade Roland Garros where the (singles) tennis is being played, but also on the courts of the other Grand Slam tournaments, albeit under the titles of: Australian Cup, English Open and American Open. RC de Go (PS) ... s amazing to thnk that not only did they create a game based on Remote Controlled Cars but they actually created a sequal. Not that the first one done that well, however at a Charity auction this was 50p so I can t help but say yes to a bargain like that no matter how poor the game may be. Graphics - Same as the first game, colourful most of the time and most of the sprites are pretty sharp 6/10 Gameplay - Really fast again but they have improved the control system slightly to ensure you feel a bit more like you have an impact on what the car does 6/10 Sound -Not bad, some good little tunes and if you don t like them you can put them off or turn the volume down. 5...
