nin_squall Ms.Pac-Man (PS): ... you re aged 80 or under, the chances are you know Pac Man as one of the most important arcade video games of all time. Everyone is familiar with the jaundiced amorphous figure chasing pixelly ghosts in a nightmarish darkened room constantly collecting little pills to boost his own vitality and continue onto the next circle of hell. -ahem- Anyway Ms. Pac Man for the Playstation 1, (not quite an outdated format, man...

randomreviews Digimon World (PS)
... World was the first 3D Digimon game for the PS1. Despite the game having some fun elements, it is overwhelmingly plagued with annoying, time consuming and repetitive activities which will frustrate players and make it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Digimon World is a game inspired by the popular anime series. You play as a young tamer who has been sucked into the Digital World which is in peril and in need of him to raise a powerful Digimon ally to bring order in the chaos. You raise your Digimon partner from infancy and train it in the gym, feed it when its hungry, put it to sleep, take it to the bathroom, and scold or praise it to strengthen it with h...

alexlea88 Silent Hill (PS)
... I know, I m not going to win any awards for being up to date, but Silent Hill is such a classic, I thought another review wouldn t hurt. Silent Hill is your common or garden Japanese survival horror game from makers Konami. The game play involves general exploring, puzzles and combat. So far so straightforward. What makes Silent Hill stand out, or at least did make it stand out when it was released was just how completely nerve-shredding it all is. Silent Hill is a standard looking kind of place, with the excep...

... PlayStation port of the PC role playing adventure and action is not without its problems. The game experiences some slow-down when there are plenty of enemies on the screen. Presentation-wise, it is fine except the save and load times are somewhat lengthy and Diablo requires many memory card blocks to save. This is perhaps not surprising given the attention to detail of the game where the locations of dropped goods as well as felled baddies are noted. So for storage you can leave stuff lying around the town. For the efficient a lack of auto-arranging and rotation rearranging of items does not help with the inventory juggling. Diablo does not support use of the mouse,...
