It is you know. This has to be one of the least recognised fighting games of all time on the Playstation. It has been around for quite a few years now, but it is still an excellent beat-em-up. It boasts a fast 3d graphics engine, which admittedly doesn't look as good as the latest games but is good nonetheless and the sound is also good. The real fun however, is of course the actual fighting which is slick, with plenty of moves to be learnt, pretty diverse. Bloody roar is yet another beat um game for the playstation trying to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Tekken fighting games. However there is a few things that separate this one from the rest 1st of all it is a heck of a lot faster then its predecessors. And uses the 3d abilities of the playstation to there full affect with full screen movement where as in other fighting games you have only 2d movement. Second bloody roar has a unique feature that allows the fighter to build um aggression as he or she is fighting and then when the bar is full release it by mutating into a beast with incredible fighting skills. Bloody Roar is a one or two player 3D beat'em up. The game follows a similar format to other beat'em up games where in one player mode you play a succession of opponents until you reach the boss. In two player mode you get to beat a mate or loved one senseless (which is always fun). The action is fast and furious, but its not one of those games where the moves are so impossible to learn that you end up jumping around the screen like a hyperactive rabbit on drugs.
