Castlevania Chronicles (PS)

Some time during 2001, I spotted an import review of Castlevania Chronicles in a PlayStation magazine. Being a fan of all sorts of games, including as it happens retro 2D platform adventures, I took a shine to this particular title, but as many knowledgable gamers will tell you, there is usually more chance of hell freezing over than an old Castlevania game getting a full-blown European release. Castlevania has been a long time favorite of gamers, since the series first began in the mid 80s. The original had difficult, yet fun gameplay and a really cool gothic theme which seemed to draw in gamers.
