In Counter strike, another steam game, two teams, counter terrorist, and terrorist battle it out with a number of skins weapons and literally milliongs of maps, with the ability to download for free a package that allows you to make your own coutner strike compatible maps. the gameplay is intense, you can play in a simple game, you get killed, you're out for the round, or you can play a deathmatch, or on surf maps, or in gungames. there are loads of different ways this game can be played, graphics are stunning and crisp and it doesn't need the most up to date graphics cards which is a big bonus, works well on windows XP and Vista. CounterStrike is an online first person shooter, where two teams battle it out for supremacy on one of the many well designed and realistic maps. The two teams are that of the CounterTerrorists, and the Terrorists. The game consists of "rounds", where each player is given a life (100 hitpoints), and as they get shot or wounded, their hitpoints decrease. If you die, you are out of that round until the new one. It is every boys dream to shoot a gun. This begins at the tender age of 5, or younger for some, and hopefully involves a water pistol. Counter Strike is a mod (modification) of Half-Life. It has been a bigger success than than Team Fortress (which was created by the creators of Half-life) mainly because of more of a reason for teamplay. As you get more money when you win it does provide an insentive to help your team win, although this is only to buy better weapons to get a better score.
