Dino Crisis 2 is produced and developed by Capcom and brought out in 2000, it is a single player game rated suitable from the ages 15 and onwards. This game is a third person shooter and again as Dino crisis 1 was resembles resident evil. Anolog control compatible if you want to use them. This is a single disk game.

Plot; One year has passed since Dino crisis 1and an accident has occurred: Edward City, an entire town devoted to the research, has completely vanished, and been replaced by a prehistoric jungle and dangerous dinosaures. A group is then sent in to rescue anyone still alive and to find research notes on Third energy (Clean unlimated energy and unlimated possiblities), the group is called T.R.A.T. (Tactical Reconnoitering and Acquisition Team). Regina the main character out of Dino crisis 1 is sent in as well due to her previous encounter.

Game play; As the game progresses you swap between regina and dylan (a member of T.R.A.T.) This help through the game like regina can open electric locks and dylan can cut open doors covered in vines. Each character has a main weapon and a sub-weapon, Main weapons are like machine guns, pistols, rocket launcher and the sub-weapons are machette or baton. Only certain weapons are allocated to each player. As you defeat dinosaures and get combos you obtain Extinction points that is then used for purchasing weapons, ammo or medical supplies. And like dino crisis 1 you can also die from bleeding to death you'll need Hemostat's to stop the bleeding. There is also some underwater parts to the game and you will need a specific guns to use underwater.
There are more of a range of dinosaures in this sequal; Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, Triceratops, Giganotosaurus, Allosaurus, Mosasaurus, Plesiosaurus, Inostranceviam, Oviraptor, Compsognathus, Pteranodon
Secrets; upon completion of the game you unlock extra crisis; in this you have two modes. Dino coliseum where you fight endless dinosaurs to win extinction points and then Dino duel where you fight as a dinosaur against dinosaurs in both of these modes you can unlock more people and dinosaurs by buying them with extinction points. Complete the game with all hidden Dino files and get a EPS platinum card this gives you unlimited ammo.

Weapons; Loads more weapon to take your pick from compared to Dino crisis 1: Handgun, sub-machine guns, needle gun, shotgun, main machine gun, shock gun, fire wall, stun gun, anti-tank rifle, chain mine, aqua grenade, machete, solid canon, rocket launcher and missile pod.

Overall this is a great game and can buy it next to nothing anywhere. The graphics and FMV's are great, a little easy to complete but still a great play.
