Advantages: Can get out of Car

The reason I wanted this game was because I was a huge fan of the original Driver game. However you don't need to have played the first one to be quickly wrapped up in this sequel. If you have a led foot in real life then that led foot is ideal for this game as speed is the aim of the game. Driver2 is a excellent purchase for anyone who likes a story line type game set behind a "gone in sixty seconds" genre of action with high speed chases and crashes in four different cities (Havana, Chicago, Las Vegas, Rio). I was more than pleased with the game play, though it was slightly different from the first one. There are Various modes of play including Joyride (Test Drive), Undercover (Full game with missions)and most of all an new multiplayer. In Driver2 the story is set out for you. In the first you have some free choice in missions and action. Not that I am complaining.

I feel more involved in the story line in the second than the first as there is more cut scenes and the plot unrolls like a movie. The cinema-graphics are cool as always and Tanner(The character that you control and the Man that Driver 1&2 revolves around) has officially become my idol. In Driver 2 you can also get out of the car; to go for a stroll, to fool the cops, or just to get a different car which you couldn't do in the first one.

The game also has a number of secrets which can be unlocked as you progress through the missions.

If you haven't played the first one i would highly recommend it,preferably before you play Driver 2 but just sometime in your life.
