Crash Team Racing (PS) ... little bit of childhood gaming nostalgia prompted me to write this review. The PlayStation was a brilliant console back in the day with stars like Spyro the dragon and of course Lara Croft and Crash Bandicoot amongst others. I don t really care for the technical upgraded versions that keep getting released as I just like good, fun video games not a games console that can open my can of Fanta or something. Released in 1999 Crash Team Racing was the fourth installment in the Crash Bandicoot series following on from the very serialised format of it s predecessors. Crash Team Racing (PS) ... racing game made the PS1. It was the best multiplayer racing game you would play. Just simliar to mario kart in its style but however they have their own spin on everything, it was very well crash like. The tracks were great fun espcially if you have a multitap on your ps1. But the fun part was the battles and the races all the power ups you can use are brilliant, and characters like Tiny etc are awesome. The single player mode had to be my favourite as when I was playing this game I used to find it difficult as it was one of my first racing games and it really brings back good memories when you play a game like this. Grand Theft Auto (PS) ... game is an old gem for anyone who really likes their old games. Grand theft Auto started out here and it is a brilliant game to play. It may have very dated looking graphics but the gameplay is still fun. Running around in this game shooting people I find more fun sometimes thatn the newer versions of the game. There is just a completely different view on the game wen you hve the whole thing in 2D with a birds eye view. The view makes it interesting and fun as you can see whose coming for you better and you can see both in front na dbehind you.
