Advantages: better than the last
Disadvantages: more good footy games to come
Fifa 99 is a top footy game. So many changes have been made from Fifa 98, most of them good but not all of them. The only bad change, in my opinion, was that this game doesn't contain the option to play indoor where as Fifa 98 did. But the thing that changed for the better were the graphics, the gameplay, the sound and the options. As with all the Fifa games you can play as a number of different teams from leagues all around the world and current international teams.
