I'm sure getting limit breaks annoy all people when they can't get them. This will make it a lot easier:
GETTING LIMIT BREAKS

Getting Limit Breaks is basically the same for everyone.
This is how you get them:

You start out with the first Limit. In order to get the second one, you need to use the first one 10 times. When you get the second one, you need to get the next level. In order to get this one, you need to kill 80 enemies. Now that you have the first second Limit Break, you need to use it 8 times to get the second Limit. After you do that, beat another 80 enemies to get the third level Limit Breaks. Use this one 6 times to get the next one. Now you have all of the first, second, and third level Limit Breaks. Now the fourth level Limit Break is harder to get. You need to learn this one with a manual, and that is in the next part of Limit Breaks.
